Join us for our annual Posada, a festive evening that brings the NLP community together in celebration, reflection, and hospitality. Rooted in the Mexican tradition of Posada—meaning “inn”—this celebration recalls the story of Mary and Joseph seeking a place to stay.
This year’s theme, “The Light Shines in the Darkness,” invites families and friends to experience: 4:30-5:30pm- Activities, Crafts & Games for all ages 5:30-6:30pm- Dinner with tamales & posole 6:30pm- Kids Christmas Program followed by the Piñata.
Posada is a special opportunity to celebrate culture, build community, and share the hope of the Gospel with children and families. Come join us for an evening of joy, connection, and Christmas tradition!
Volunteer Opportunities: There are several volunteer opportunities including Set-up Team, Activity stations (in the NLP classrooms, hallway and library), Dinner Setup & Meal Service and Clean-up Team. You'll find the details for each volunteer role in the sign-up link.
